Please sign up prior to using the StepOne Real Time PCR machine in the MEGAMER facility. Note that this instrument requires one to use plastics designed specifically for the StepOne. Please ask Brandon Carter should you like training on the instrument. Setup is to be conducted in the core lab space as with all other PCR preps.
