Please refer to the Plate Reader iCal to determine open times for using the plate reader. The plate reader has the ability to run temperature sensitive experiments over an extended period of time. Should you plan to use this feature, please plan ahead. Under these circumstances I ask that you schedule time on the plate reader at least 48 hours in advance of use. Also, please use the red placard found hanging over the plate reader to let others know you are running a long term experiment. As a further precaution, please place a note on the computer asking users to avoid this computer during the duration of your experiment.
